Absolutely! You paid for the code, and it and the associated application remain your property. You will receive a license for both. Please be advised, however, that the techniques and procedures used to develop the software belong to Project Thunder.

What will the software be written in?

Depending on your preference, we can develop it in either vb.net or Csharp.
