VoodooCRM to lower support costs

Most business owners scramble to support customers with little knowledge how supports costs actually go to support customers. When you sell a customer the easiest thing to do is to do a excellent job supporting them so that you never have to replace that customer. With the cost of new customers going up every day do you really want to loose business on the back end?

 

VoodooCRM is based on the SugarCRM an open source platform. ProjectThunder.com,Inc. licensed a copy of the Sugar platform ported to the Microsoft platform. Why Microsoft? Well the tools are better, resources are cheaper and the technology is very consistent. With all the benefits of Open Source and none of the downsides of the platform with no tools. This allows us to customize the CRM tools built in with Sugar but as well add custom processes and follow-up polices.

 

Examples

Customer doesn’t pay invoice.

1. Automated Email and Fax with copy of Invoice.

2. Automated call to customer to remind them about the balance on their account.

 

Customer calls in support issue

1. Dispatch technician for repair

2. Notify manager if cases are not closed in a timely manner.

 

Customer needs documentation

1. Merge Documents and send customized instruction.

2. Fax and email documents
